The contract about sale Tops.

The obligations of the parties:

1. The buyer undertakes to not distribute bought scripts.

2. The buyer undertakes to not install Top more than on 2 sites. For each subsequent installation of Top the buyer undertakes to pay in addition 1/3 from costs of Top.

3. The buyer undertakes to inform DF where the Top was installed.

 

4.  DF  undertake to make technical support:

   -  Installation and adjustment of Top

   -  correction of the mistakes

5.  DF  undertake to not disclose a plase of the clients Top without the consent of the client.
